End User License Agreement · Last updated 24 October 2026

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is between Browsova, of Rangpur, Bangladesh ("Browsova", "we", "us"), and you, the person or organisation installing or using Browsova ("you").

By installing, copying or using Browsova you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use it.

1. Definitions

2. License grant

Subject to this Agreement and to payment of any applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Software on the number of Devices allowed by your License Key, for the term of your license, for your own internal purposes.

The Software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights not expressly granted to you.

3. License keys, activation and term

4. Restrictions

You must not, and must not let anyone else:

  1. copy the Software except as needed to install and use it under this Agreement or to make one backup copy;
  2. sell, rent, lend, share, sublicense or otherwise transfer the Software or your License Key, or use it to provide a service to others (for example as a hosted service), unless we agree in writing;
  3. reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software, except to the extent the law allows this despite this restriction;
  4. remove, bypass or tamper with license checks, activation or any technical protection in the Software;
  5. remove or change any copyright, trademark or other notice in the Software;
  6. use the Software in breach of section 5.

5. Acceptable use

Browsova is a tool for QA testing, ad verification and managing multiple accounts you are entitled to use. You are solely responsible for how you use it, and you must:

We may suspend or revoke your license if we reasonably believe you are using the Software in breach of this section.

6. Your data

All profiles, browser data (cookies, logins, sessions, history), device identities, proxy settings and saved secrets you create are stored only on your Device. We do not receive them and cannot recover them. You are responsible for backing up your data (the Software can export a profile's settings, but not its secrets or browser data). Uninstalling the Software asks whether to delete this data; if you choose to delete it, it is gone permanently.

7. Proxies and third-party services

The Software can route traffic through proxies and connect to websites that you choose. We do not provide, control or vouch for any proxy or website, and we are not responsible for them or for your use of them. To check a proxy, the Software sends a request through that proxy to a public IP-information service (currently ip-api.com), which sees the proxy's address.

8. Information we receive

To provide licensing, the free trial and updates, the Software sends our servers your License Key and a random Device identifier, a one-way fingerprint of your computer, the Software's version and your operating system, and the network information inherent in any internet connection. It does not send us your profiles, browser data, browsing activity, identities, proxy settings, saved secrets or crash reports. The details, and what we keep for how long, are in our Privacy Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

9. Updates

We may provide updates. The Software can download an update for you and verifies it before handing it over; you install it yourself. Updates are covered by this Agreement unless they come with different terms. We are not obliged to provide updates or to keep any feature.

10. Third-Party Components

Third-Party Components are licensed under their own licenses, which are listed or reproduced in THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt, LICENSE.electron.txt and LICENSES.chromium.html. Nothing in this Agreement limits your rights under those licenses. The Software uses web browsers already installed on your Device (such as Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera or Mozilla Firefox); their use is governed by their own terms.

11. Fees, payment and refunds

Prices. A License Key is sold by the number of browser profiles it allows. The current prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase, in US dollars. Prices are per month: each payment licenses the Software for 30 days. When the 30 days end, the license expires and the Software returns to the free plan unless the next 30 days have been paid for. A renewal extends the same License Key by 30 days, counted from the end of the current period (or from the day you pay, if the license has already expired); you do not need a new key, and the Software picks up the new date by itself. We may change prices for future payments; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Card and wallet payments are made through a Merchant of Record. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record — Paddle.com Market Limited, Creem or Lemon Squeezy, LLC, whichever is named at checkout. The Merchant of Record is the seller of record for that purchase: it collects your payment and any taxes that apply, issues your invoice or receipt, handles your payment data under its own terms and privacy policy, and processes refunds on our instruction. Its terms of sale apply to the purchase in addition to this Agreement.

Cryptocurrency payments (USDT on the TRON network, TRC-20; and BNB on BNB Smart Chain) are made directly to Browsova. You send the amount shown for your plan to the address we give you; your License Key is issued by e-mail after the transfer is confirmed on the network. Network fees are paid by you. Prices are in US dollars; a crypto amount is fixed at the time we quote it.

Subscriptions. If you buy a subscription through a Merchant of Record, it renews automatically every 30 days until you cancel it, which you can do at any time in the Merchant of Record's customer portal (linked from your receipt) or by e-mailing us. Cancelling stops future charges; your license runs to the end of the period you have paid for.

Refunds. You may ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first payment for a License Key. Renewals and upgrades are not refundable, and after 14 days no payment is refundable, except where the law requires otherwise. When we refund you, the License Key is revoked and the Software returns to the free plan on your Devices. How to request a refund, and how it is paid back, is set out in our Refund Policy, which is part of this Agreement.

12. Termination

This Agreement continues until your license ends. It ends automatically if you breach it. We may suspend or revoke your license on notice if you breach sections 4 or 5. When it ends you must stop using the Software and uninstall it. Sections 6, 8, 10, 13, 14, 15 and 16 survive termination.

13. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent the law allows, the Software is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or undetected by any website or service. We do not warrant that any website or service will accept the Software, your profiles or your proxies.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent the law allows:

Nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

15. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your use of the Software in breach of this Agreement or of any law or third-party terms.

16. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Bangladesh. The courts of Rangpur, Bangladesh have exclusive jurisdiction, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live. Nothing in this Agreement takes away rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

17. General

This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy, is the entire agreement between us about the Software. If any part is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement; we may assign it to a successor of our business. We may change this Agreement for future versions; the terms shown when you install or update apply to that version, and the current version is always published at browsova.com/terms/.
